本公司送貨時間是以您完成付款時間做為起算標準，每天下午15:30為付款時間切割點，在下午15:30之前完成付款之訂單，當日起算第一個工作天；下午15:31之後完成付款之消費者，下個工作日起算第一個工作天。三個工作天之內，本公司會將您的產品交付寄送，若遇到特殊狀況無法如期交貨，本公司會與您聯繫，並討論交貨事宜。
商品運送約1~3個工作天內(收到貨款確認無誤後算起,不含假日)，您即可收到所訂購的商品，若超過7個工作天 (不含假日) 後仍未收到商品，請儘速與本公司客服人員聯絡。商品發票將於到貨7日內( 自簽收日起算 ) 寄出，郵局寄送時間約 1~3 個工作天內 (不含假日) 。特定商品會由代理商方面直接寄送到您的手上，發票將於商品送達之後，由本公司寄送出去。
